Youth Life Coaching focuses on helping young people navigate personal, academic, or social challenges. It provides guidance, motivation, and support to help young people to develop confidence, resilience and life skills.
Benefits include:
We can either meet in my home office, at your home (depending on where you live) or I can come to your school (subject to approval). Sessions last for around 50 minutes, typically 6 sessions are needed to see the benefits.
Please bear in mind that coaching isn't counselling. We don't focus on the past - our sessions are forward-looking and focused on what we need to do in order in to make the change. I will support you on your journey and be there to guide you.
A booking of 6 sessions is £300.
Mentoring is really beneficial for those wanting a little support/guidance for academic concerns or worries. Having worked in secondary schools for a number of years, I have seen the struggles that young people go through to achieve.
These sessions are helpful for planning your time - for school work or revision. They are great for talking to another adult who isn't your parent or teacher.
Mentoring sessions are £55 each, lasting around 50 minutes.

Ideally appointments would be face-to-face, but Zoom works well too. I can come to work with you in your home, if there is a quiet space and distance allows. I am also happy to visit you in your school, depending on your location and if your school approves. I am DBS checked and happy to follow a school's individual safeguarding requirements.
I generally find that young people from the age of 12 to 18 benefit most from one-to-one youth life coaching and mentoring sessions.
What we discuss stays private between us, unless you say it’s okay for me talk with your parents. If you tell me something where I believe you are at risk of harm or harming yourself, I must talk to your parents or report to Social Services to keep you safe.
